1. Car parking - can I park my car at the campus?
Yes, you can use West or East car park. A £5.50 parking permit (valid for up to 7 days) must be purchased, either in advance at the time of booking, or from the Accommodation Services Centre on arrival (opening times: University term time: Mon-Fri 8.30am - 10pm; Sat 9am-6pm Sun 12noon - 7pm)
2. Meals - what are the opening times of the outlets and what type of food is served?
There are a number of catering outlets on the University campus providing a range of food types. Please check hospitality web pages for details of catering outlets available on campus.
3. Laundry - are there laundry facilities available?
There are launderettes situated alongside the Accommodation Services Centre, Marlborough/Solsbury Housekeeper's office, opposite Eastwood A Housekeeper's office and in Norwood house level 2 opposite The Terrace. Please ask a member of staff for details if necessary.
4. Pets - are pets allowed into the rooms?
With the exception of guide dogs, all pets are prohibited in University residences.
5. Room equipment - do rooms have televisions?
Televisions and telephones are in all rooms in Polden Court. There is a television in each kitchen in Marlborough Court during the University vacation.
6. Towels and bed linen - are these items included in the price?
These are included in the price.
7. Travel - how far is the University from the centre of Bath?
The campus is 1 1/2 miles from the centre of Bath. A regular bus service runs to and from the City centre.
