Events at Bath Audio Visual Support
Events at Bath offer excellent audio visual facilities and technical support.
Prices are subject to VAT and are valid from 1 September 2007 - 31 August 2008.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are per item, per day. Half-day hire is chargeable at 0.5 times the daily rate.
Technician Support:
- if requested, technicians can be available for specific times at a charge of £20.00 per hour (Monday to Friday)
- Saturdays and Sundays are charged at an enhanced rate of £25.00 per hour
- for attendance outside normal office working hours the University reserves the right to impose a minimum charge period of 4 hours
- audio and video recording may require technician in attendance. Editing and format transfer of audio and video recordings will be subject to individual quotes for technician time
