Booking Procedure
Internal bookings can be made via:

Authorised CAT 1 blue forms (“walk ins”) can be used in all our trading outlets.

Minimum Order
A minimum of £10.00 applies to all orders for delivery Monday to Friday 7:30am to 18:00pm on Campus.
 
Please contact extension 5345 or 5051 to discuss minimum orders for any deliveries at other times/locations.
 
Last Orders
Food Deliveries
All food orders must be received by 16.00pm two working days before the event. Any orders received outside of this time cannot be guaranteed.
 
For deliveries on Sunday and Monday the deadline will be Thursday at 16:00pm. Please see the table below for daily food order deadlines:

Beverage Deliveries
All beverage orders must be received by 12noon one working day before the event. Any order received outside of this time cannot be guaranteed.
 
For deliveries on Sunday and Monday the deadline will be Friday at 12noon. Please see the table below for daily beverage order deadlines:

Order Confirmation
Times of delivery are subject to confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation for food orders by 10:00am the day prior to your delivery, please call the Hospitality Team (extension 5345 or 5051) immediately as errors cannot be rectified later. Lines are open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 17.20pm.
 
Declined Orders
We reserve the right to decline your order if we have reached the maximum capacity for deliveries at your required delivery time. On such occasion we will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative delivery time.  
 
Order Cancellations
Should you need to cancel a food order, please do so via email hospitality@bath.ac.uk at least 48 hours before the delivery time.
 
For deliveries on Sunday and Monday the notice will be at least 72 hours.
 
Where cancellations are made with less than 48 hours notice, we reserve the right to make a cancellation charge of 75% of the cancelled order to cover costs.
 
Should you need to cancel a beverage order, please do so via email hospitality@bath.ac.uk by 16:00pm the day before the delivery.
 
PLEASE NOTE: If you have not received an email confirming cancellation of your order then this has not been actioned and you should contact the Hospitality Team on extension 5345 or 5051 before the expiry of the cancellation period or you will be charged in full.
 
Reduction in Numbers
Where an order is amended less than 48 hours prior to the arranged delivery time with the effect that five or more places are cancelled, we reserve the right to make a cancellation charge of 50% per person of the cancelled order to cover costs. 
 
For Sunday and Monday orders the notice will be 72 hours.
 
Delivery and Collection process
All deliveries will include the appropriate disposable tableware. China crockery, cutlery and glassware are available to hire at an additional cost. Visit www.haatbath.co.uk/fooddirect for hire charges.
 
The Order Receipt form must be signed at the time of delivery and at the time of collection.
 
PLEASE NOTE: Where no-one is present to accept the order, all items will be left in the requested delivery location. In such circumstances, you will be responsible for the contents of the delivery, including any returnable accessories/cutlery provided. Any items not returned will be subject to additional charges. We will collect your order within two hours after the delivery time unless instructed otherwise. You are responsible for securing all items subject to collection.
 
Please contact the Hotline number 07891790080 (if out of range please try: extension 5345 or 5051) if your collection point is different to the delivery point.
 
If you wish to keep the delivered equipment for longer than agreed an appropriate charge will be applied.

Allergies
We strongly advise you to check the ingredients list on the product description. Any special requests outside our menus are subject to availability and may incur a supplement charge.
 
Substitutions
We reserve the right to substitute products without prior notice for any reason with a suitable alternative unless you indicate on your order that no substitutions should be made . Wherever possible we will endeavour to inform you before the delivery.
 
Food Safety
All food is prepared and supplied in accordance with food hygiene and safety regulations. On delivery of an order the responsibility for the hygiene and safety of the food passes to the client and is no longer the responsibility of the Hospitality Department.
 
We purchase all our food from reputable suppliers who are carefully vetted and monitored by a specialist Group to ensure consistent high standards and compliance with food and safety regulations.
 
Healthy Eating
The Hospitality Department recognises the need to encourage its students, staff and guests to enjoy a healthy diet and lead a healthy lifestyle. We strive to continuously promote healthy food choices, ensuring a wide range of our food products are of a healthy nature.
We use only high quality GM free ingredients in our menus. We also offer tea, coffee, juices, smoothies & snacks which are Fairtrade approved products.
