BOOKING PROCEDURE:
a. Internal bookings are to be made through Agresso
Your order must be received and confirmed - at least 48 hours before the event, any orders received outside of this time cannot be guaranteed – Confirmation will be sent by email within 24 hours. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours please call ext. 5345 or 5051 immediately (during working hours) as this may indicate that your order has not been received

b. AUTHORISED CAT 1 BLUE FORM ”WALK INS” – these can be used in all our trading outlets
SERVICE INCLUSIONS:
All hot beverage deliveries will include crockery on orders up to 50 people, for bookings over 50 biodegradable cups will be provided. If you are unable to be present to accept the delivery we will leave the items in the specified location, but are unable to take responsibility for any item that subsequently goes missing

Coffee/tea deliveries – morning – 60 – 40
All our hot beverages are Fair Trade
Hot chocolate – available on request
Decaffeinated coffee – available on request
VAT
All prices quoted exclude VAT - with the exception of alcohol
COLLECTIONS
If you have a preferred time for collection please advise us on your order
Please ensure that all items for collection are together and in one place. A charge will be made if service equipment is not available for collection after your event. Please se bottom of this page.
SUPPLEMENTS
Served refreshments will be charged at £5 per server per half hour, this can be booked on Agresso. For deliveries outside these hours 8am – 6.00pm – Monday to Friday - a supplement will be charged:
Evening rate (after 6pm) - 20%
Saturday rate - 30%
Sunday rate - 40%
Bank Holidays/University Holidays - 50%
MINIMUM ORDER:
A minimum order of £10 applies to all orders for delivery Monday to Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm – please contact ext. 5345 or ext. 5051 to discuss minimum orders for weekends, bank holidays and university holidays
CANCELLATIONS
48 hours notice is required to cancel an order and cancellation must be by email only. Await confirmation that the order has been cancelled and retain the email as proof of cancellation. Failure to give the requisite notice will result in the full charge being made.
MENU AVAILABILITY
On occasions we may need to substitute products with suitable alternatives, wherever possible we will endeavour to inform you before the event
FOOD SAFETY
All food is prepared and supplied in accordance with food hygiene and safety regulations. On delivery of an order the responsibility for the hygiene and safety of the food passes to the client and is no longer the responsibility of the catering department.
