ACCOMMODATION AND HOSPITALITY STAFF ARE REWARDED FOR THEIR TRAINING
Congratulations to the Accommodation and Hospitality Staff who have been recently awarded an NVQ in:
Level 2 Housekeeping Cleaning & Support Services,Level 2 Customer Service, Level 3 Customer Service
Level 3 Hospitality Supervision, Level 2 Food and Drinks Service and Level 2 Multi Skilled Hospitality Services.
NVQs have been awarded to 27 staff in Accommodation and 18 staff in Hospitality!
All NVQ certificates were presented in an afternoon ceremony on Thursday 27 January from 2pm - 4pm in the Wessex Restaurant. A buffet lunch of sandwiches, cakes and scones was served before Angie Allcock, Staff Development Manager, said a few words thanking staff for completing their NVQs and encouraging them to continue with their professional development. Then finally Jane Loveys presented the certificates and team photographs were taken.
